FREE UK DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £50! Standard rate shipping of £2.95 applies to orders below this amount. We are a UK company and all orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

All orders are usually shipped within 2 working days following receipt of payment. All orders are dispatched via our couriers DPD Local which is a next working day delivery service within UK mainland. This service also applies to standard rate shipping.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE (Incl Ireland) - We offer Free DPD Local tracked shipping when you spend £100 or more in store. Standard rate shipping of £11.95 applies to orders below this amount.

All orders are sent by DPD tracked delivery including standard rate orders aiming to deliver your order the very Next Working Day (Also applies to standard rate). Please note arrival times may vary depending on your location.

DPD Predict & Follow My Parcel

Thanks to DPD’s industry-leading Predict service, we can provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, ideal if you are busy.

They provide:

1 hour ETA: they send SMS/Email details of the time your delivery will take place so you can make arrangements or amend them if required.

Next Day Delivery: 99.5% of all DPD deliveries are delivered on time the very next working day.

Notifications and Updates: You can track the progress of your delivery from start to finish! They will also send alerts on the very rare occasion that they encounter any delays.

In Flight Options: We understand that in life not everything goes to plan so if for whatever reason your unable to sign for your item DPD local provide a huge range of inflight options

Important Information

All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. If for any reason there is a delay with your order you will be contacted straight away.

We offer a number of delivery options for the UK & Ireland of which you will be shown what delivery options are available to you at the checkout.

We at Slimming Hut are always here to help. To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us. DPD and Royal Mail hold onto parcels for 5 days after a delivery is attempted so to make sure you haven’t missed a delivery please contact us asap.

MAINLAND UK POSTAGE All items less than 1kg will be sent through DPD. All items over 1kg will be sent via Parcel Force and require a signature upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot guarantee next day delivery if royal mail or DPD are on strike.

PLEASE NOTE - with DPD or Parcel Force no deliveries will be made on a weekend.

Please make sure that all delivery information is correct as if a parcel is delivered to the wrong address or the item is not signed for at the address you have given and we have to make a collection on your behalf you will be charged a sum of £9.99 for all mistakes to be rectified with our courier and for a re-delivery to take place. If you do not want to request a re-delivery you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the £9.99 fee for the incorrect delivery. These charges will also occur if a parcel is returned to us because nobody is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel and nobody contacts our courier to arrange a pick up or re-delivery and the parcel is returned to us . Deliveries will be made any time between 8am and 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE

If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect your parcel a card should be put through your letter box unless full online tracking details are provided by the courier.

We do need to state that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Slimming Hut, DPD or Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver. In addition I regret that UK Mail or Parcel Force staff (drivers, depot staff or account managers) will not be able to call the customer under any circumstances.

NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH ISLANDS DELIVERY CHARGES

PLEASE NOTE - The term British Islands occurs to Islands or isles that are separated from the British Mainland by any form of water where a delivery car, van or lorry cannot reach by land..

We do not take orders outside the uk, Ireland or Europe, sorry for the inconvenience.

BRITISH ARMED FORCES Under 1kg - We can delivery to armed forces addresses with a full uk postcode. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery of over 1.5kg to a BFPO address.

Less than 1kg - As above but with the exception BFPO are accepted.

What if your goods arrive damaged?

If by the very rare chance your goods are damaged during transit upon delivery we ask that if there is visible damage upon collection to reject the parcel or sign for the parcel as damaged. For us to process a claim and send you out a replacement item we will then need to be provided with photographic evidence of the damaged product and may need to arrange for the courier the collect the parcel back from you or the courier may need to come back to inspect the parcel at your property. If no evidence can be provided as proof of damage and if the courier has no access to view the damaged parcel your claim will be rejected and no replacement will be sent.

Adverse weather conditions - On the very rare chance your order is delayed due to adverse weather conditions out of our control. Please contact us for confirmation and we will contact the courier to give you as much information as possible to make your delay as short as we can. Im afraid any upgraded postage fees will not be refunded as the good will have left on the stated service but a delay will have been caused from circumstances out of our control.
