NOTICE & INSTALLATION:
Our pull Up Bars fit standard doorways between 26 and 39 inches wide. They come with 1 sets of heavy-duty and 1 set of medium-duty door mounts. The thickness of doorframe should be larger than 2 inches.
Rotate each side in alternate directions and the bar will extend on both sides of the door frame. Rotate until it cannot rotate anymore to make sure it is secured enough on both walls.
